Adding a brand new contact and property is easy.
Let’s say a new customer calls your office seeking an appointment.
On the Contacts Tab, click or tap “Add NEW CONTACT.”
Since they are not yet in the system, click ADD NEW CONTACT and fill in as much info as possible in the provided fields.
Then move over to the property side of the page and complete as many fields as possible.
When finished with this section, click SAVE CHANGES.
This will take you to the standard contact property page.
Then you should turn your attention to the Tank section.
Click the red lock icon to open up the tank section. Then ask them about tank size, type, location, and so on.
If the property in question has more than one tank, click the ADD A NEW TANK button and complete that section as well.
Tank Track supports as many tanks per property as needed.
Once you have entered all available information, you are ready to make that new appointment.
Any info unknown to the customer can be filled in later, after you have been to the property.
