— Name Field
⌨️ Enter the name of the truck. The truck name will appear on the schedule.
ℹ️ The name is limited to 10 characters.
— Volume Capacity Field
⌨️ Enter the volume capacity of the truck, whether in gallons or liters, depending on your Account Info settings.
— Truck ID for Waste Manifests Field
⌨️ Enter the truck ID to appear on your truck's waste manifests.
🎯 Many Tank Track subscribers use a DOT # or an abbreviation of the truck name as the truck ID.
— Date Placed in Service Field
⌨️ Enter the date you placed the truck in service.
‼️IMPORTANT: This field cannot be edited later.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you intend to enter the truck's previous jobs into Tank Track, you'll need to backdate the date placed in service. For example, if you desire to enter the truck's previous jobs starting in 2024, you'll need to backdate the date placed in service to 01/01/2024.
— Color Field
🔘 Select the color to assign to the truck.
— Icon Field
🔘 Select the icon to assign to the truck.
— Default Headquarters Field
🔘 Select the default headquarters to assign to the truck, depending on your Account Info settings.
ℹ️ If you did not create additional headquarters in your Account Info settings, this field will not appear.
— Default Technician Field
🔘 Select the default technician to assign to the truck.
ℹ️ The list of default technicians is based on your Users settings.
— Create Weekly Schedule Field (Optional)
🔘 Select the default technician to assign to the truck for each day of the week.
