The Global Document Center settings let you upload documents — such as company policies and procedures and fillable inspection and checklist forms — that your team members can reference and use.

Section 1: Activation

When you first access the Global Document Center settings, you'll need to activate them.

✅ Check the option to activate the global document center.

Section 2: Upload Documents

⬆️ Upload your documents to the global document center.

ℹ️ Uploaded documents must be in one of the following formats:

  • csv

  • doc

  • docx

  • pdf

  • xls

  • xlsx
