The Social Media Links settings let you include your social media links in emails and texts to your customers.

Section 1: Activation

When you first access the Request Customer Reviews settings, you'll need to activate them.

βœ… Check the option to activate the ability to request reviews from your customers.

Section 2: Set Default Status for Requesting Customer Reviews

You may request customers to submit reviews on a designated social media site either automatically or manually when sending invoices.

A customer review request is sent through a separate email or text, depending on customer e-contact preferences, after sending an invoice.

  • automatically request customer reviews; or

  • manually request customer reviews.

ℹ️ Most subscribers select the manual option to minimize the risk of receiving a poor review from a disappointed or difficult customer.

Section 3: Social Media Links

You may select the social media site link where your customers should leave reviews.

  • ⌨️ Enter the URL to your Facebook business page.

  • ⌨️ Enter the name of the customized social media page.

  • ⌨️ Enter the URL to your customized social media page.

ℹ️ You may include different social media links for each of your headquarters.
